Very Good
The room was very comfortable and spacious by Japanese standards. There's a free shuttle bus operation between the station and the hotel. The location is very nice with good views.
It's a bit far from the heart of Shuzenji.

Family stay
The location was great, in the middle of the forest with a beautiful view and fresh air.
This hotel has several buildings and the building we stayed in was terrible because it was full of stairs and no elevator. In order to reach our second floor room we had at least 3 parts where we had to go up and down the stairs. Even from the entrance to the building there was no smooth way over the small stairs. It was a trouble for us because we have a 4 years child and a baby so we were full of luggage. But happily the staff of the hotel helped us. Also we didn't have wifi in the room and we had to pay for amenities and onsen. So we definitely don't recommend it for families with babies, charged with a lot of luggage and kids, nor for disabled persons because it's impossible to go up and down all those stairs and uncomfortable to ask the staff of the hotel for help.

It was a telaxibg spot to be in with large rooms, unlike most Japanese hotels.the food was wonderful
